Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Doffy Labs LTD (“we”, “us”) collects when you use doffy.com or contact us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Doffy Labs LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17183964) with our registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC268927.
For anything about this policy or your data, email info@doffy.com.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser so the site remembers it. That setting never leaves your device.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To run and secure the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, safe site.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep records for six years after it ends. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to transfer it to you or someone else. Email info@doffy.com and we will reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
